Sparkling Cranberry Pear Mocktail

The Dish:

Mix up your brunch menu with this refreshing mocktail. If you would prefer this as a cocktail, add vodka or substitute the sparkling water for prosecco or cava.


To make ahead for a group, have the cranberry and pear juice already shaken then in a pitcher. Keep the sparkling water over ice and use as needed.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice

  • 1/2 ounce pear juice

  • Ice

  • 5 ounces sparkling water, chilled


DIRECTIONS


Fill a shaker with ice and add the cranberry and pear juice. Shake for about 30 seconds then strain into a champagne flute. Top with chilled sparkling water. Cheers!
